Other AbstractPD型仪器用特种吸液管按沉降原理作粒度分级,用液压器作吸液定量控制器,用三通阀对仪器进行分时操作。用悬浮粒法(不烘)或直测重量法(烘干)称重。精度粘粒≤1%,效率较老型同类仪器提高4~5倍。自1922年罗宾逊根据斯托克斯沉降定律创立吸液管粒度分析方法以来,许多粒度分析工作者对这种经典分析方法做了很多改进,以提高测试精度和效率。本文所叙述的PD型土壤颗粒分析特种自控吸液仪,综合了现有同类型仪器的优点,在关键部件上做了改进,使之更加完善,同时还着重提出了新的分析方法——“悬浮土粒法”和“直测重量法”,并对吸液法中使用天然土样、吸液深度、附壁校正等问题做了探讨,以提高分析精度和效率。;  The developed PD instrument is used for sedimentation size analysis by special pipette. The pipeted liquid volume of this instrument is controlled by liquid-pressure device and the time-sharing operation of the instrument is manipulated by a triple valve. Either the clay particle suspension method (need not be dried in oven) or the drying method can be used in weighing. The precision of size measuring for clay particles is less than 1 percent and the efficiency of this instrument is 4-5 times higher than that of the old type. This paper introduces the principle and structure of the instrument, and the clay particle suspention method. It makes a comparison between this measuring method and other ones, and discusses some problems concerning the pipette analysis.
