Other Abstract运用流固耦合理论对黏性泥石流冲击切口拦砂坝坝体进行模拟。实现了从三维模型建立、流场计算到结构分析全过程。将泥石流流体计算结果传递至结构域实现坝体的分析,为解决泥石流防治工程提供理论参考。结果表明:整个泥石流流域内部流速呈现底部小顶部大的趋势,拦砂坝坝体的左右肩的变形和应力均为最大,比较坝体Mises应力云图可知,在泥石流冲击作用下的坝体与沟道接合处以上部分的应力最大。; To observe the antioxidant activity of different concentrations of Dendrobium denneanum Kerr. polysaccharides extract,by using ultrasonic extraction method polysaccharides were extracted from Dendrobium denneanum Kerr. By using spectrophotometry the effects of Dendrobium denneanum Kerr. polysaccharides were tested on DPPH free radical,hydroxyl free radical clearance and its influence to the Fe2 + chelating rate,to observe the inhibition of lipid peroxidation. The results show that Dendrobium denneanum Kerr. polysaccharides has a good clearance effect on DPPH free radical,hydroxyl free radical ,also has the very good chelating rate for Fe2 + ,has obvious
inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation. Dendrobium denneanum Kerr. polysaccharides has strong antioxidant capacity.
