Alternative TitleVulnerability evaluation of geological hazards along a transmission line: a case stualy of the Lumao line,Sichuan Province

根据输电线路承灾体的属性特征、空间属性和成灾恢复力三个方面因素,选取了输电线路铁塔的塔型、耗钢量、定位高等八个易损性评价指标体系,分别采用层次分析法(AHP)和贡献权重法(CRW),对路茂线输电铁塔的易损性进行了定量评价。运用GIS系统中的自然断点法对输电线路地质灾害的易损性结果进行分级和制图。两种方法的评价结果总体上保持一致,通过对比分析表明,垂直档距、地形坡度和塔型等三个因素对铁塔易损性的贡献最大,铁塔N12 ~ N18、 N29 ~ N31、N33 ~ N35之间的线路处于高易损性区,后期维护时有针对性地采取相应的地质灾害防护措施,防止线路遭受地质灾害的损害。

Other Abstract

Eight evaluation indexes as tower type,steel consumption,tower height,and so on are selected based on the attribute characteristic,spatial properties and resilience of transmission lines hazard bodies. Two evaluation methods of analytic hierarchy process and contribution weight approach are respectively applied to the quantification assessment of Lumao Line experimentally. Vulnerability grading and mapping are done in GIS system by natural breaks method. Evaluation results of two methods are mostly consistent. Through comparing and analysis,it is found that three evaluation indexes as vertical span,slope of terrain,tower type give the greatest contribution to the vulnerability of tower. It is showed that lines of high vulnerability are lines of N12 ~ N18,N29 ~ N31,N33 ~ N35. To prevent damage of those transmission lines due to geological disasters,corresponding protection measures to geological hazards should be built.
