Abstract | In the region of Ertan Riservoir, the Xiahuangtian Debirs Flow Gully is more typical and its damage is obvious, too. There is a possibitity to discover and determine the periodical changes of the gully by the means of remote sensing taken in 1981 and 1955. Under the same control systems of toppograph, the same scale and the same nete of measuring, this kind of method has got its availability of application with error ±0.46mm in plane and ±1.77m in alitude (the permision error are ±1.00mm and ±4.00m repectively). The erthophoto-morphodynamic map with scale of 1:5000 mady by differential correction may more exactly and clearly show the changes during 26 years and it is very useful for planning, designing and preventing the debris flow disasters. Based on the stereo-mearsurement, the volume of soild material eroded by debris flow in the periode of 26 years from the basin is 5.61 mill, cubic metres, the average volume per year carried into Yalong River by debris flow is about 0.187 mill. cubic metes. So it is becomming a new way to monitoring the debris flow activities. |
