Abstract | “5.12”汶川地震后形成了大量的滑坡、崩塌、泥石流堰塞体,虽然大部分堰塞体存在时间短,但其对上游和下游地区造成了较大危害。堰塞体的快速风险评估是及时预警和人工工程干预的基础,对于后期应急处置措施的实施有着重要意义。选择高度> 10m的泥石流、滑坡、崩塌重大堰塞体为研究对象,以1:5万地形图和1:5万DEM、遥感影像、l:5万地质图和全国24 h降水量预报图为基础,结合野外勘测资料和已经刊发的《堰塞体风险等级划分林准》和<岩土工程勘察规范》,建立了单个重大堰塞体的风险快速评估模型R单=0.773GLD+0.773GWD+0.773GHD+0.295GA1+0.478GA2+1.91GD+1.67GAD+1.67GQ+1.67GR)×(5GN+2.5GG+1.25GC+1.25GI)/100。选择“9.24”磨子沟泥石流堰塞体作为案例,验证模型的适用性,评估“9.24”磨子沟泥石流堰塞体为低风险的堰塞体,这与其回水无任何人员伤亡,且最终溃决几乎未造成影响的事实相符合。 |
Other Abstract | After the“5.12”earthquake, there were a large number of landslides, avalanches, debris-flow dammed lakes. Although most of them are only a short time, upstream and downstream regions have been caused a great harm. The quick risk assessment of dammed lake is a foundation for timely early warning and human engineering intervention. In this paper, the dam whose height is greater than 10 meters is chose to be study objects. On the basis of 1: 50 000 topographic maps and 1: 50 000 DEM, remote sensing, aerial imaging, 1: 50 000 geological map, the national 24-hour precipitation forecast picture, field survey data, publication of 《standard for classification of risk grade of Landslide Lake》 and 《code for investigation of geotechnical engineering》, a quick risk assessment model R single = (0.773GLD+0.773GWD+0.773GHD+0.295GA1+0.478GA2+1.91GD+1.67GAD+1.67GQ+1.67GR)×(5GN+2.5GG+1.25GC+1.25GI)/100 is established. The Mozi Gully dammed lake in 24th, Sep, 2008 is chose to verify the applicability of the assessment model. The Mozi Cully dam turns out to be a low-risk dam, which accord with the facts. |
