Abstract | 城镇泥石流严重制约着我国山区的经济建设与发展,自20世纪80年代以来我国修建了大量的城镇泥石流综合治理工程,然而关于城镇泥石流综合治理工程的效果评估鲜有报道。黑沙河沟历史上泥石流灾害暴发频繁,危害严重,1980年左右在该流域采用工程措施与生物措施相结合治理方针,取得了显著的防灾减灾效果。本文以黑沙河沟泥石流综合治理工程为例,通过现场调查,遥感解译与模型计算相结合的方法,提出了城镇泥石流治理工程评估模式,并针对黑沙河沟泥石流治理工程评估了其综合治理效果。评估结果表明:第一,经过综合治理后,流域的集水面积从23.7km~2减小至11.4km~2,植被覆盖率较治理前增加了60%,泥石流松散物源量从1.8783*10~7m~3减小至2.03*10~6m~3;第二,采用工程措施与生物措施综合治理的方式,有效地控制了黑沙河沟泥石流暴发的频率与规模,泥石流洪峰流量从62m~3/s减小为38.4m~3/s。 |
Other Abstract | The urban debris flow seriously restricts the economic construction and development of our country' s mountain area.Although a large number of urban debris flow comprehensive treatment engineering have been built since the 80 s,but few report of benefit evaluation about it.Heishahe Gully has a serious debris flow in its history.The way that combine engineering measures with biological measures is effective.So this paper takes this project as an example,through field investigation,remote sensing and model calculation,put forward the urban debris flow control project evaluation model.Then evaluating the effect of Heishahe' project.The result as follows.Firstly,catchment area reduced from 23.7 km~2 to 11.4 km~2,the vegetation cover rate increased 60%,loose material reduced from 1.878 3 *10~7 m~3 to 2.03 *10~6 m~3 after controlled.Secondly,the frequency and scale of debris flow outbreak are effectively controlled by the comprehensive measure,the peak flow reduced from 62 m~3/s to 38.4 m~3/s. |
