Alternative TitleEffect of Competitive Interference on Biosorption of Cd(Ⅱ)by Immobilized Lentinus edodes Residue

Abstract利用聚乙烯醇-海藻酸钠(PVA-SA)固定香菇(Lentinus edodes)菌柄废弃物作为生物吸附剂吸附溶液中的Cd~(2+),吸附过滤后的溶液用原子吸收光谱仪(AAS)测定Cd~(2+)的浓度.结果表明,一元溶液中固定香菇菌柄废弃物吸附Cd~(2+)适宜的pH值范围为4-7,比自由态香菇粉的(pH 5-7)广;二元溶液中随着pH值的增加,Cd~(2+)的吸附率有线性增加的趋势;当固定Cd~(2+)浓度为10 mg g~(-1),变化干扰离子Cu~(2+)或Pb~(2+)(0-30 mg g-1)时,吸附剂对Cd~(2+)的吸附明显降低;分别用Langmuir、Freundlich、Dubinin-Radushkevich(D-R)和Langmuir-Freundlich等温吸附模型对一元和二元溶液中Cd~(2+)的等温吸附过程进行拟合,结果表明,Langmuir吸附模型能较好地拟合一元溶液和Cd~(2+)-Pb~(2+)二元溶液中Cd~(2+)的等温吸附过程,相天系数R~2分别为0.998 1和0.929 1.D-R模型能较好地拟合Cd~(2+)-Cu~(2+)二元溶液中Cd~(2+)的等温吸附过程,相关系数R~2为0.962 3.
Other AbstractImmobilized Lentinus edodes residue with polyvinyl alcohol-Na-alginate(PVA-SA)was studied for removing Cd~(2+) in solution,and the concentration of Cd~(2+) in solution after the removing was then tested by atomic absorption spectrophotometer(AAS).The results indicated that suitable pH range for Cd~(2+) biosorption from single-metal solution was 4-7,which was wider than that by free L.edodes powder(pH 5-7).Differing from the single-metal solution,the biosorption rate of Cd~(2+) in binary-metal solution was linearly increased as pH increased.When the concentration of Cd~(2+) was fixed at 10 mg g~(-1) and the concentration of interferential metal Cu~(2+) or Pb~(2+) varied from 0 to 30 mg g-1,the biosorption of Cd~(2+) was decreased significantly.The isotherm models including Langmuir,Freundlich,Dubinin-Radushkevich(D-R)and Langmuir-Freundlich were applied to fit experiment data.It was found that the Langmuir model could best fit isotherm biosorption of Cd~(2+) in Cd~(2+) single-metal and in Cd~(2+)/Pb~(2+) binary-metal solution with correlation coeflicient R~2 of 0.9981 and 0.929 1 respectively,while the D-R model would well fit that of Cd~(2+) in Cd~(2+)/Cu~(2+) binary solution with correlation coefficient R~2 of 0.962 3.
