Abstract | 青藏高原东部地区系指东经91°-103°,北纬26°-36°20′(包括藏东、川西、滇北和青南地区)的广阔高原、江河源地和高山峡谷地区。自晚第三纪以来青藏高原崛起,第四纪新构造运动强烈,形成地势雄伟、地形高差巨大、地质构造复杂、断裂褶皱发育、岩层破碎、气候独特等自然条件,为泥石流形成创造了有利条件,从而使本区成为我国泥石流分布最集中、危害最严重地区。1980年代,作者对该区泥石流灾害和防治进行考察研究,取得了初步结果。 |
Other Abstract | Sharp landscape, plenty solide materials and rainfall as special features of natural environment in the east Qinghai-Xizang Plateau provide faorable condition for the devopement of debris flow. Since 1980S, debris flow disasters have widely spreaded in the area. In generally, their numbers and degrees are increased from north to south and from west to east. Debris flow disasters mainly distributed along the Sichuan-Xizang highway, Qinghai-Xizang highway, Yunnan-xizang highway and Nagqu-Qamdo highway, as well sd along river valleys. Although activities of debris flow and their disasters in the area have a long history, but their generation and development in recent time are reasonably related with human activities, except the south-east Xizang. |
