AbstractAccording to the character of forces causing debris flows and their manifestation the debris flows in the watershed of Liusha River can be classified as Follows: 1. Soil dynamics debris flow, caused by increasing weter content in soil mass or quaking, that increases weight and shear stress of soil mass and reduces its shearing strenght, is made of moving soil mass when its shear stress is larger than its shearing strength. According to its manifestation, it can be subdivided into two types: (1) Landslide debris flow, caused by slipping soil mass which is full of water. (2) Collapse debris flow, caused by collapsing soil mass which is filled with water and located on the top of a steep slope. 2. Hydraulic debris flow, casued by the increase of loose material transported in flow. According to its hydraulic performance, it can be subdivied into two types: (1) Slope wash debris flow caused by raindrops and slope steams washing away ground surface or gully banks. (2) bed wash debris flow, caused by sedment in river bed washed away by flow. According to the characteristics of debris flows and cases in preventing and curing them, the following ways to control them are propsed. They are: 1) to prevent their harm and make use of their advantage, 2) to employ different methods to deal with different types, 3) to work out synthetical plants to control them.
Other Abstract流沙河系大渡河的一支支流,属四川省汉源县,流域面积1134平方公里,处于我国西南山区。该流域泥石流公布面积较广,全流域共有大小支沟72条,约占全流域面积的38%,大多数分布于植被稀少,断裂构造发育,岩石破碎的中、下游地区。本文就研究区的泥石流分类及其防治作了探讨。
