Abstract云南是我国滑坡泥石流灾害最严重的省区之一,全省有35个县级城镇和130多个乡级镇受滑坡泥石流威胁和危害。造成云南山地城镇滑坡泥石流灾害日益严重的重要原因之一是山地城镇前期对规划工作的忽视,主要表现在,城镇选址不当,城镇建设缺乏总体规划,城镇规划、设计和城市建设施工方法不当,缺乏保护城镇周边环境的保护规划等。本文最后提出减轻云南山地城镇滑坡泥石流灾害的几点建议。
Other AbstractThere are 35 cities and 130 towns that have been threatened by landslides and debris flow hazards in Yunnan, one of provinces with the most serious hazards in China. One of the causes that result in urban landslides and debris flow hazards continually is taking ignorance on mountain city planning, such as irrational site selection, lack of cities planning unreasonable methods used for planning, designing and building un process of city construction, and overlooking on environment protection around cities. Some suggestion for mitigating ubran landslides and debris flow hazards are given in the end of the paper.
