Abstract | 从生姜连作地土壤中分离到一株对生姜青枯假单胞杆菌(Pseudomonas solanacarum smith )有强拮抗作用的沙雷氏菌株R11,对该菌株进行系统鉴定(形态特征、培养特征、生理生化和16S rDNA序列分析)研究。研究发现R11为革兰氏阴性菌,端生一根鞭毛;以16S rDNA序列为基础构建了包括11株相关种属细菌在内的系统发育树,R11与沙雷氏菌(Serratia sp.)十分接近,序列相似性值达99%。 |
Other Abstract | R11, isolated from soil of ginger in Sichuan Province, is effective in against ginger bacterial wilt caused by Pseudomonas solanacarum smith. The morphological, cultural physiological, biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequences were studied. R11 is a gram-negative bacillus with a flagellum on the top. A phylogenetic tree was constructed by comparing with the published 16S rDNA sequences of the related bacteria species. In the phylogenetic tree, the overall similarity value between strain R11 and (Serratia sp.) was 99%. |
