Abstract当今,人口不断增长,对土地的压力愈来愈大,人地矛盾日趋尖锐,合理作用土地成为一个较突出的问题。通过土地评价,为土地利用规划提供基础资料和决策依据。因此,土地评价研究具有重要的意义,并且一直为广大地学工作者所关注。本文进行农用土地评价研究,其基本思想:把土地作为一个系统,光、温、水作为系统的输入,土地系统结构分为反映土地自然和社会经济属性两大部份。系统的输入决定着土地所固有的潜力,土地系统结构影响土地潜力的现时发挥状况。本文涉及内容:1、建立大沟流域气温、降水的推算模型,对土地各要素特征进行分析研究。2、运用叠置制图法,对大沟流域的土地类型进行研究,并将坡度作为土地类型系统第三级划分的主导因素,编制了1:25000的大沟流域土地类型图。3、拟定了农用土地评价系统,由四个系统单位组成,土地潜力类、土地现状型为两个基本评价系统单位,土地潜力区、土地潜力等为辅助评价系统单位。4、运用生产潜力的计算方法和结果,研究土地潜力评价,对土地评价定量化进行了尝试。5、在土地评价中,充分地考虑了土地的社会经济属性的各个要素的作用与影响,并以大沟流域土地评价为例,做了具体研究。6、运用模糊决策的方法,将土地结构各要素对土地利用的限制程度,建立权值函数。7、在大沟流域土地评价中,以土地类型系统的第三级(即土地面)作为评价单元,先进行土地潜力类的评价,在土地潜力类的基础上,进行土地潜力等的评价,在此基础上,进行土地现状型评价。依据此程序,进行种植业与林业土地评价,编制1:25000的大沟流域种植业上的评价图,大沟流域林业土地评价图。
Other AbstractNowadays, with increase in population, the contradiction between population and land is sharper and sharper, ti becomes more important to make the rational land use. Land evaluation may offer some basic information and policybasis for land use planning, and therefore had been following with interest by many geographers. The paper discusses land evaluation studying for agriculture, and has a fundamental idea, Land may be considered as a system, the inputs of which are sunlight, heat water, and the structure of which is made of two parts, that are the physical nature and the social-economic attribute; the inputs of the system decide the land inherrent potential, the structure of the system influences the land present productivity. In the paper, we carry on some studies: 1、Setting up calculating models about the temperature and the rainfall, and ascertaining the features of land factors. 2、Using the superposition cartography, and making the land classification, the gradient as a leading differentiation factor of land facet and a land classification map on scale 1:25000 in DaGou watershed. 3、Drafting a land evaluation system for agriculture, and taking the land potential group and the land present type as basic units, the land potential area and the land potential class as assistant units, of all four land evaluation system units. 4、Using the calculating method and results about the land potential, studying the land potential evaluation, and giving some attemptments on the quantitative analysis. 5、Considering abundantly the function of all land factors about the social-economic attribute in the land evaluation on DaGou watershed. 6、According to the limiting degree of all structural factors on land use, founding the weight function on land evaluation, with the fuzzy-policy method. 7、Researching the planting and the forestry land evaluation,a nd making the land evaluation map on scale 1:25000, with the land facet as the basic land evaluational unit.
