AbstractThis study has made researches on the hydrological features of the upper reaches of the Mmjiang river.the Tuojiang,Fujiang,Jialing and Qujiang rivers by employing advanced means including the establishment of a data base of hydrological and water resources with hydrological information acquired from 226 rainfall stations and 77 hydrological stations,as well as a package of hydrological and water resources which contains 21 hasic programs.0n the quantitative basis a qualitative study has b∞n conducted on the preeipjtat/on,runoff,flood,low water and silt of the areas of tIle five rivers with regard to their time and spatial distribution aspects.nljs research project is ground-breaking in presenting coefficient Ca for an uneven hy(1rological djstribufion in different periods of the year cocfficient D for hydrological frequency line and a difference-product curve for the entire course of runoff and silt.The results have shown that the yearly runoff of the five rivers is 25.7 perCent richer than Yichang Rain-fall Station in the upper reaches of the Changjiang River,giving rise to frequent floods,especially in the inner areas of the Sichuan Basin.During the flond season the runoff of也e five rivers increases in depth 35 Dercent more than Yichang Rainfall Station does。constituting a ma.jot source of deluge for the Three-Gorge Project on the upper reaches of the Changjiang River,while in tIle low-watcr season the ruDoff’s depth drops 1.5 percent against Yichang Rainfall Station.Ⅵ,ith ns heavy water and soil loss and its siIt transl30rt module which is 23 percent hisher than Yichang RainfalI Station。the five rivers are the second largest silt source of the Three-Gorge Project.The runoff of the rivers in the Siehuan Basin displays greater vicissitudes within and beyond the year than mat of the mountainous areas touching on the Basin.This is mainly due to tile influence of the spatial distribution law on rain-fall and it also has something to do with the spation distribution of forest coverage.AJl this has resulted in a growing ecological crjsjs,frequent floods and droughts and an extremely unstable agriculture in the inner areas of tile Sichuan Basin.In view of this, it will be the best choice in speeding up Sichuan’s eConomic progress to visorously push forward eco-agriculture and pefsistently carry out forestation.This study.which boasts the latest and richest basic information concerning the hydrolog.ical and water resources in the watersheds of the five rivers,gives sound reasons for the optimal arrangement of the water source protection forest,water and soil conservation forest,forestry planning and water conservancy planning of the upper reaches of the Changjiang River,with a general practicability,high academic interest and social benefit.
Other Abstract岷江上游、沱江、涪江、嘉陵江和渠江等的水文特性研究路线先进,采用本地区226个雨量站、77个水文站的水文观测资料建立水文水资源信息库,配合21个BASIC程序的水文水资源程序包,在定量基础上定性研究五江地区降水、径流、洪水、枯水、泥沙共五个部分的时间与空间分布特性。而课题的创新研究是:水文年内分配不均匀系数Ca、水文频率适线系数D及径流、泥沙的沿程差积曲线。研究结果表明:五江年径流丰沛,较长江上游宜昌站丰富25.7%,暴雨洪水频繁、洪患连年,四川盆地腹部洪灾尤为严重。五江汛期径流深较宜昌站增加35%、是长江上游三峡工程洪水的主要来源之一,五江枯水资源贫乏、盆地腹部尤为贫乏,枯期径流深较宜昌站减少11.5%,五江水土流失严生、河川输沙模数较宜昌站增加23%,是长江三峡工程的第二大泥沙来源;四川盆地河川径流年内与年际的变化均大于盆周山地,主要是受降水空间分布规律的制约,其次,与森林覆盖率的空间分布有关,造成盆地腹部地区生态环境严重恶化、洪旱连年、农业生产极不稳定的不利局面,亟待在该地区大力推广生态农业,坚持不懈地植树造林,是加速四川经济发展的正确选择。该研究成果是五江地区最新、最翔实的水文水资源基础资料,可为长江上游水源林、水土保持林、林业规划及水利规划等国民部门的合理布局提供重要的科学依据,具有广泛的实用性、较高的学术价值及社会效益。
