我们虽不能断言冰川就是气候的产物,但其变化却是气候波动的反映。在气候要素中,气温和降水与冰川进退变化的关系最为密切。研究发现,海螺沟现代冰川在15世纪小冰期最盛时面积达32.2 km2,冰川平衡线比目前低100 m左右,自19世纪末至20世纪初一直处于退缩状态,但在20世纪20年代一30年代处于稳定甚至前进状态,1930年一1966年间又强烈后退,1966年一1981年间退缩速度明显减缓,1981年一1995年间冰川平均后退速度为17m/a,1996年-1998年后退速度增至18.3 nda,1998年-2001年后退速度减为9.1 m/a。由于冰面坡度变陡,在未来的年份里若无明显的增温,海螺沟冰川后退速度将受到一定程度的抑制。海螺沟现代冰川末端的进退情况与气温的变化趋势基本一致,但二者间存在一定时滞。根据海螺沟冰川34年(1960年-1993年)的水量一物质平衡资料,发现海螺沟冰川对气候响应的滞后时间约为20年-30年。

Other Abstract

Although glaciers can’t be affirmed as the result of climate,glacial change reflects climatic fluctuation.Air temperature and precipitation are most correlative to glacial advance and retreat in climatic factors.It has been found that the Hailuogou modem glacier’S area was 32.2 km2 during small ice age in the 15th century.Glacial balance line Was about 100m lower than that before.From the end of 19th century to the first of 20th century, glaciers had been flinching,but steadying and going ahead in the 20—30’S of 20th century.Glaciers flinched intensively again in 1930~1966,depreciation of flinching i,elocity in 1966~1981.Flinching average velocity Was 17m in 1981’~1995,added to 18.3 m/a in 1996—1998 and reduced to 9.1 m/a in 1998—2001. Because glacial surface becalne steep,flinching velocity of Hailuogou glacier will be restrained in a certain extent if air temperature doesn’t increase clearly in the future.Advance and retreat of the Hailuogou modem glacial end is entical to trend of air temperature change,but time lag exists between them.According to 34 year’S(1980—1993a) water—matter balance data of the Hailuogou glacier,it has been found that Hailuogou glacial response to climate lagged in 20—30a.
